WhatsApp messaging may work normally while WhatsApp voice and video calls may not work consistently when using Egyptian mobile data. This can vary depending on the mobile network, network conditions and current telecommunications restrictions.

If your Egyptian mobile balance keeps reducing unexpectedly, an active paid Value-Added Service (VAS) may be responsible. These can include entertainment, news, sports, games or similar services.
Use the Official Unified Code
Dial *155# to check the Value-Added Services active on your line and cancel services you do not want.
The code is provided by Egypt’s National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) for managing these services across the mobile operators.
Simple Steps
- Dial *155#.
- Check the paid services active on your line.
- Follow the menu instructions to cancel unwanted services.
Important: *155# is for Value-Added Services. It is not a universal cancellation code for every data package, tariff or subscription. If money has already been deducted, contact your network provider for clarification and, where applicable, a refund request.
